Online Registration for Returning Students

Step One: Log into PowerSchool
Returning students will register using the Parent PowerSchool Portal located here:
https://watsekau9.powerschool.com/public
If you do not have a parent account set up, please contact jennifer.dixon@watsekaschools.org or casie.hanson@watsekaschools.org. You can also call your child's school for account set up help.
Step 2: Choose your student's name from the top of the screen. (If you need to add another child to your account, please contact the school or Casie Hanson or Jennifer Dixon).
Step 3: On a computer, select the FORMS section on the left-hand side of the screen. (More instructions for registering on a mobile device are at the end of this document)
Step 4: From the FORMS page, choose ENROLLMENT
There are tabs at the top of the FORMS page. Please be sure to select ENROLLMENT or you will not see any forms.
Step 5: Complete all of the following forms
(23-24) Contacts
(23-24) District Acknowledgement Forms
(23-24) Student Information
(23-24) Optional WCHS Student Parking Authorization Request
Transportation Request Form
You do not have to finish all forms at once. You can save the form to finish later.
Step 6 : Documentation
If you've moved since last year, you need to provide residency documentation. These documents can be uploaded in PowerSchool or you can bring them to the schools between the hours of 8:00AM-3:30PM.
ONE Housing Document
(Can be uploaded in form B. (New) Student Address)
Rental/Lease Agreement signed within last year
Mortgage statement
Real estate tax bill from current calendar year
Notarized Letter of Residence Form (used if you don’t have a lease or live with friends or relatives). Include names of all persons living in the household
TWO Bills (Must be dated within 60 days and have parent name)
(Can be uploaded in form B. (New) Student Address)
Taxes
Water
Gas
Electric
Cable
